Q. How do I access my web space before propagation is complete ? A. Prior to the transfer of the domain name propagating, you should use the temporary information provided in your activation email to upload or transfer your website on the ProHostONE servers. If you have misplaced your activation email you may have it resent from our account manager (My Account area) on our website. You may also determine the address to use from the IP address listed in our My Account area. You may use the IP address listed there to FTP files to your web space. You may then test your website using the IP address and your account name like this: http://207.44.246.14/~accountname See your My Account area for the correct IP address. |
