| Q. What is my IP Address and is it dedicated to me ? A. Your server's IP address is listing in account manager on our website. After signing-in select My Hosting Accounts and click on the details button of your hosting package. All the important server information is there. Please be aware, our hosting services are on a shared IP infrastructure and the only way to access your services is using your domain name or the temporary URL's provided to you in your account activation email. You can opt for a dedicated IP address by contacting our sales team. There is a charge associated with dedicated IP assignment. Dedicated IP's are really only required when in use with a Dedicated SSL Secure certificate which you can also purchase by contacting our sales team. |
