|Q. How do I get technical support for my services with ProHostONE ?|
A. Technical support is provided using our Online Heldpesk located in our Support Section and in My Account area. Once logged in, click on the "Help Desk" link, then click on "Open New Ticket".
Click here to logon, you will only need the email address you used to sign up with and the password you entered when you signed up.
Please be as detailed as possible when creating a support ticket. Include any relevant information such as what application or service you're having an issues with, any version numbers, any specific error messages you are receiving, etc. The more detailed you are, the faster we can get your technical question resolved.
