Q. How do I cancel my services with ProHostONE ?

A. Account cancellations can be requested at any time by notifying us before you would like your services cancelled per our Terms of Service. When you cancel, please include your last four digits of the card we have file or notify via the email address associated with your PayPal account to confirm your identity.

Any requests for cancellations 30 calendar days or less after initial account setup are eligible for a complete refund. In this case, we can only credit the credit card we have on file or the PayPal account the original payment was rendered from. Any requests for cancellations 30 calendar days after initial account setup are not eligible for any type of refund.
