Q. How do I logon to my POP3 or Webmail box ?

A. Linux Host Plans

POP server address: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP server address: mail.yourdomain.com

Webmail address: http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/

Account name: username@yourdomain.com Password: As issued during account set up.

Please make certain you are entering the complete email address as the username.


Windows Host Plans

POP server address: pop.yourdomain.com
SMTP server address: smtp.yourdomain.com

Webmail address: http://webmail.yourdomain.com/

Account name: username@yourdomain.com Password: As issued during account set up.

** If your domain is registered elsewhere you may have to setup these settings at your registrar. The nameservers you should use are listed in the My Account area.

Please make certain you are entering the complete email address as the username.
